All-In-One Pierogi Skillet

Easy Main dish Meat Vegetables


  • 1 tb Vegetable oil
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 pk (16 oz.) frozen potato pierogis, thawed
  • 1 pk (10 oz.) frozen broccoli, thawed
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1/4 ts Black pepper
  • 1 c (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese


In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink, stirring to break up the beef; drain.
Add pierogis and cook 4 to 5 minutes, or until heated through. Stir in broccoli, salt and black pepper. Top with cheese. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the broccoli is heated through. Makes 4 servings Typed in MMFormat by Source: Mr. Food Easy Cooking May/June 99
