Alfredos Barbecue Fish Marinade

Fish/seafoo Sauces Seasonings

Ingredients:

  • 1 c Soy sauce
  • 1 c Lime juice
  • 1 c Vinegar
  • 1 c Oil
  • 2 ts Pepper
  • 2 ts Salt
  • 1 ts Garlic powder
  • 1 ts Lawrys season salt
  • 1/4 c Sesame seeds
  • 1 Clove garlic -- minced

Directions:

Marinate fish for at least one hour before cooking. Serves 30.
