Alaska Octopus Gumbo

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c Bacon; diced
  • 2 c Water
  • 1 pt Fresh octopus; steam til tender
  • 2 c Steamed rice; slightly undercooked
  • 1 lb Tomatoes
  • 1 cn Okra
  • 1/2 c Onions; diced
  • 1 Green pepper; diced
  • 1/4 ts Cayenne
  • 1/2 c Celery; diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
