Caribbean Sauce/gravy


  • 3 Peppers, red, hot; seeded
  • 3 Peppers, bell, red; seeded
  • 4 Peppercorns, white
  • 4 lg Garlic cloves; peeled
  • 2 ts Salt
  • 1/2 c Lime juice
  • 1/2 c Oil, olive
