Ingredients:
- 1 Head white cabbage
- 1 md Head red cabbage
- 2 lg Purple onions; sliced into rings
- 1 Stalk celery; diced coarsley
- 1 Green apple; unpeeled, diced
- 1 Red apple; unpeeled, diced
- 1 Head cauliflower; separate into flowerets & dice
- 2 lg Bell peppers; sliced into rings
- 3 Limes; juice of (or lemons)
- 2 Bottles cole slaw dressing
- 1/2 ts Celery seed
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Chop cabbages coarsely. Mix all ingredients in large pan & store in refrigerator 4-24 hours (the longer, the better). Stir bottom to top several times during chilling.GORDON E. MC CARTY, SR.
