Aioli Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 Egg yolks
  • 2 Cloves (medium) garlic; peeled
  • 1 ts Paprika
  • 1 tb Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 c Olive oil

Directions:

Place all ingredients except olive oil in blender. Blend on low speed until garlic is finely chopped, about 2 minutes. Blend in olive oil. Excellent on fish.
