Absolutely Apricot Bread (Machine) - Regular Loaf

  • 3/4 c Water
  • 2 c White bread flour
  • 1 tb Dry milk
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1 tb Butter
  • 3 tb Apricot jam
  • 1/2 c Dried apricots, chopped
  • 1 ts Yeast, fast rise or machine or -
  • 3 ts Yeast, active dry

This is bread with the jam already inside! It's a coffee bread, a snack bread or the perfect after-school bread. The finely textured sweet bread also happens to be lovely, with the summery orange apricots floating in the golden loaf.
