Absolutely Apricot Bread

Ingredients:

FOR 1LB LOAF
  • 2 ts Yeast
  • 1 tb Dry milk
  • 2 c Bread flour
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1 tb Butter
  • 3 tb Apricot jam
  • 1/2 c Dried apricots; chopped
  • 3/4 c Water
FOR 11/2 LB LOAF
  • 3 ts Yeast
  • 2 tb Dry milk
  • 3 c Bread flour
  • 1 1/2 ts Salt
  • 2 tb Butter
  • 1/4 c Apricot jam
  • 3/4 c Dried apricots; chopped
  • 1 1/4 c Water

Directions:

For all recipes, load ingredients into breadmachine pan according to manufacturer's directions. Bake on white bread setting unless otherwise indicated. "Yeast" refers to active dry yeast. Use light crust setting. Delayed timer mode okay. From Electric Bread.
