  • 570 ml Full Cream Milk
  • 250 ml Sweet Sherry
  • Soft Brown Sugar
  • 1 Lemon, Sliced
  • 1 ts Ground ginger
  • 1 ts Grated nutmeg


1. Cut the lemon into slices and coat with sugar. 2. Boil the milk and when it froths up add the sherry. 3. Strain out the curd and add the lemon, ginger and nutmeg.
