A Nice Drink

  • 1/2 c Lowfat soymilk or ricemilk; (fatfree if you live in the US)
  • 1/2 c Real cranberry juice
  • Sweeten with maple syrup to taste; (omit if using sweetened cranberry cocktail).


In my mad rush to finish up everything in my refrigerator before Passover, I came up with the following in lieu of orange juice this morning:
Lots of vitamin C there, and it just hit the spot.
