A Low Fat Frosting

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c Cocoa
  • 4 tb Corn Starch
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 2 c Milk
  • 1 tb Butter
  • 2 ts Vanilla

Directions:

Mix together cocoa, corn starch, sugar and salt. Add milk slowly and stir. Cook until thick (stovetop) stirring continuously. Add butter and vanilla. Cool, then spread
 
Low fat or non-fat milk may be used, making this a very low-fat cake frosting.
