Ingredients:
- 2 tb Dried basil
- 2 tb Dried marjoram
- 2 tb Dried oregano
- 2 tb Ground coriander
- 2 tb Dried thyme
- 2 tb Dried rosemary
- 2 tb Dried savory
- 1 ts Hot red pepper flakes
Directions:
from Dean Ornish's Eat More Weigh LessHe says grind in food processor - I use my little coffee grinder. Store in a tightly sealed container. He says keeps well up to 3 months. I make bigger batches and it keeps well for up to 6 months. I give this as a Christmas present to lots of folks every year - and get rave reviews.
