Ingredients:

  • 1 1/8 c Water; very warm
  • 1 1/2 tb Fruit juice; warmed slightly - or applesauce or concentrate
  • 3 tb Honey
  • 1/2 ts Salt
Mix together
  • 3 tb Vital Gluten
  • 3/4 c Grain Cereal; 4, 7, or 9 grain
  • 2 1/4 c Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 tb Flax seeds ; optional
