Ingredients:

  • 1 c Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 c Crisco
  • 3 c Sugar
  • 5 lg Eggs
  • 3 1/2 c Flour
  • 10 oz 7UP
  • 1 tb Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tb Lemon extract

Date: Wed, 10 Jul 1996 07:16:22 +1200 Cream the first 3 ingred. well till fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Sift in flour then add soda and extracts. Bake in large, prepared bundt pan at 325 for about 90 mins. dust with powdered sugar before slicing.
