5-Minute Crab Dip

Appetizer Fish/seafoo Microwave
Ingredients:
- 8 oz Light cream cheese
- 1 Can (6 oz.) crab meat, drained,liquid reserved
- 1/4 c Finely chopped green onions
- 2 ts Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 ts Paprika
- Hot pepper sauce
Directions:
Place cream cheese in a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl; microwave at Medium for 2 minutes or until softened. Stir until smooth.Stir in crab, green onions, 2 tablespoons reserved crab liquid, lemon juice, Worcestshire sauce, paprika and hot pepper sauce to taste.
