250 Dollar Cookie Recipie

Bread Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb Margarine
  • 2 c Sugar
  • 2 c Sugar brown
  • 4 lg Eggs
  • 8 oz Chocolate wafer - 1 bar
  • 5 c Oatmeal dry
  • 4 c All purpose flour
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1 ts Baking Powder
  • 2 ts Baking Soda
  • 1/2 c Chocolate chips, semi-sweet
  • 2 ts Vanilla extract
  • 3 c Walnuts

Directions:

Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla, mix with flour, oatmeal (Blend oatmeal in blender to a fine powder first), salt, baking powder and soda. Add chocolate chips, Hershey bar and nuts, roll into balls and place 2 in apart on cookie sheet, bake
