2 Quick Bbq Sauces

Beef

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c Onion; chopped
  • 2 tb Butter
  • 1/4 c Brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tb Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 ts Tabasco sauce; to taste
  • 3 Cl Garlic; minced
  • 1 c Ketchup
  • 1/4 c Lemon juice
  • 1 ts Mustard

Directions:

In a small saucepan, cook onion and garlic in a butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients , bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered 15 -20 min. Use as a basting sauce for Pork, Chicken or Beef.
