2-Cheese And Beer Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 c Cottage cheese; small curd
  • 3 oz Cream cheese
  • 2 1/4 oz Deviled ham
  • 1/4 c Beer; New Glarus Solstice
  • 1/2 ts Hot sauce
  • 1 ds Salt
  • Parsley; for garnish

Directions:

Put all ingredients except parsley into a mixing bowl and beat until smooth. Place in bowl and garnish with parsley
