Beer brewin

Ingredients:

  • 9 7/8 lb Pale unhopped liquid extract
  • 6 5/8 lb Liquid wheat extract
  • 3 lb Honey
  • 1 lb Flaked barley
  • 1 lb Pale malt
  • 1 lb Malted wheat
  • 10 Orange peel
  • 1 ts Gypsum
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1 ts Irish moss
  • 14 Chinook hops (boil)
  • 7 Northern brewer (boil)
  • 1 oz Kent goldings (finish)
  • 1 oz Cascade hops (finish)
  • Young's yeast culture

Directions:

Recipe by: Chuck Cox Preparation Time: 4:00 This is a 9-gallon partial mash recipe. Use standard procedures, brewing about 7 gallons of wort in a 10-gallon kettle, followed by a 7-gallon primary and 2 5-gallon secondaries, then keg (or bottle).
