Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 c Flour
  • 2 ts Baking powder
  • 1 1/2 ts Baking soda
  • 1 1/4 ts Salt
  • 2 ts Cinnamon
  • 2 c Sugar
  • 1 c Salad oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 c Finely grated carrots
  • 1 cn (8.5-oz) crushed pineapple (well drained)

Mix ingredients in the order given. Pour into ligtly greased 7-1/2x11-1/2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 F for approximately 1 hour.
