  • 1 ts Salt
  • 4 ts Honey
  • 4 ts Molasses
  • 2 ts Honey
  • 4 ts Molasses
  • 1/2 ts Gluten
  • 2 ts Applesauce
  • 1/2 c Seeds (any kind)
  • 2 ts Yeast
