"The Original" Lamb Spiedies

Ingredients:

  • 3 lb Cubes lamb
  • 1 c Olive oil
  • 1/2 c Lemon juice
  • 1/2 c Dry wine
  • 5 Cloves garlic; minced
  • 2 ts Celery salt
  • 2 tb Fresh basil; chopped
  • 2 tb Fresh mint; chopped
  • 2 tb Fresh oregano; chopped
  • 2 tb Fresh rosemary; chopped
  • 2 tb Fresh parsley; chopped

Combine all marinade ingredients. Add meat and marinate 72 hours, turning occasionally. Skewer and grill meat, basting with marinade.
