"Light" Gelatin Shots

Ingredients:

  • 1 pk (4-serving size) Jell-O brand gelatin; any flavor
  • 1 c Boiling water
  • 3/4 c Cold juice or soda
  • 1/4 c Cold liqueur; rum or wine

Directions:

DISSOLVE gelatin in boiling water. Add juice and liqueur. Pour into 12 (2-ounce) souffle cups. Chill until set, about 1 hour.
 
Cherry-Rum Colo Shots: Use cherry flavor gelatin, 3/4 cup cola beverage and 1/4 cup rum.
 
Orange Triplex: Use orange flavor gelatin, 3/4 cup orange flavor sparkling water and 1/4 cup any orange liqueur.
 
MAKES 12 servings, Prep time: 10 minutes, Chill time: 1 hour
