"Guardian Angel" Torte

Ingredients:

  • 1 pk Chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 c Milk
  • 1/2 c Sour cream
  • 1 Angel food cake;, (9 or 10-inch cake)
  • 1 c Heavy cream
  • 3 tb Confectioners' sugar
  • Shaved chocolate

Directions:

Combine pudding mix and milk; cok until mixture boils. Cool slightly; stir in sour cream. Chill thoroughly. Split cake in 2 or 3 layers. Spread chocolate mixture between layers.
