"Grilled Peppers"

Ingredients:

  • 2 Red & 2 green peppers
  • 1 ts Garlic puree
  • 4 fl Olive oil
  • A lemon; Juice of
  • Seasoning

Directions:

Cut the ends off the peppers and split and deseed them. Cut them all into strips about a third of an inch across and fry gently in the oil. After 10 minutes season well and add the garlic, stir and saute for another 5 minutes. Squeeze the lemon over and allow to cool before serving.
