"Best Ever" Pizza Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 qt Prince pizza sauce
  • 1 cn (12-oz) tomato paste
  • 1 ds Burgundy wine
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1 ts Oregano
  • 1/2 ts Basil
  • 1 md Chopped onion
  • 1 Clove garlic; minced
  • 2 tb Oil

Saute 1 medium chopped onion and 1 clove garlic, minced in 2 tablespoons oil until limp. Add: Simmer slowly, stir occasionally for 1 hour. Makes enough for 2 large pizzas
